Twitter Advanced Mobile Measurement Beta Program T&Cs

By participating in the Twitter Advanced Mobile Measurement Beta Program (the “AMM Program”), under the Conversion Tracking Program, your participation will be governed by and subject to the Twitter Master Services Agreement, the Twitter Ads Program T&Cs, and the Conversion Tracking Program T&Cs located at https://legal.twitter.com/ads-terms/philippines.html (together, the “MSA”), and the following Twitter Advanced Mobile Measurement Beta Program T&Cs (the “AMM Terms” and together with the MSA, the “Agreement”):

1.     Data Access and Restrictions. By participating in the AMM Program, Twitter will provide, or enable a third party to provide, you with Conversion Data relating to engagements with applicable mobile application advertising campaigns you run on the Twitter Service that Twitter determines, in our sole discretion, resulted in the install of or a conversion within your mobile application. For clarity, Twitter will determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a reportable engagement for purposes of these AMM Terms, provided that we will provide you notice if we materially change what constitutes an engagement. You may use Conversion Data only for the purpose of measurement. You may not use Conversion Data for any other purpose, including repurposing, retargeting (except through the Custom Audiences Program), improving models or appending to a nonpublic profile, and you may not co-mingle Conversion Data with other data or across advertising campaigns. You may not transmit Conversion Data to any third party except as described in the DPA (defined below). You will destroy Conversion Data that is not in aggregated and anonymous form the sooner of six (6) months of receipt of such data or when you no longer have a legitimate business need to retain it. Upon our request, you will certify such destruction in writing.

2.     Twitter Data Processing Addendum and Audit. By participating in the AMM Program, you agree: (a) to the Twitter Data Processing Addendum (the “DPA”) located at https://privacy.twitter.com/en/outbound-processor-data-protection-addendum, and we may update the DPA at any time (provided that we will provide you with notice of any material updates); (b) that the DPA applies to all Conversion Data you receive in connection with the Conversion Tracking Program; and (c) that your participation in this AMM Program requires that, as described in Section 4.4 of the DPA and subject to the restrictions and limitations provided therein, you may be subjected to an audit from time to time to ensure your compliance with the terms and conditions provided in these AMM Terms. We will provide you a minimum of thirty (30) days notice prior to any such audit. You will reasonably cooperate with us to conduct such audits as described in these AMM Terms and the DPA.

3.     Beta Program, Confidentiality, and Termination. The AMM Program is a Beta as defined in the MSA, and is subject to all applicable terms therein. We may terminate or suspend the AMM Program, or your participation therein, at any time, in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. You may terminate your participation in the AMM Program at any time by ceasing to use the Conversion Tracking Program in connection with your ad campaigns on Twitter. Sections 1-3 of these AMM Terms will survive any such termination, provided that Twitter’s audit right will terminate upon completion of your post-termination obligations under Section 6 of the DPA. 

In the event of any conflict between these AMM Terms and the MSA, these AMM Terms will govern with respect to the conflict only. Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning ascribed to them in the MSA. By clicking “I Agree” on the Advanced Mobile Measurement Program Agreement Form located at https://business.twitter.com/en/form/mact-data-opt-in.html, you (a) represent that you are authorized to execute these AMM Terms on behalf of the entity you list in the “Company Name” field, and (b) agree to these AMM Terms on behalf of such entity.
